Team Coach at Mystery Makers

Want to impact professional teams in some of the most successful organisations?

Are you an ambitious student studying HA Psych, HA Com, HA Phil or Labour Studies? Or are you studying another relevant programme in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Communication or Work Environment? And are you looking for a unique student job where you are guaranteed exciting tasks, networking and responsibility that gives you relevant work experience? Then we are looking for you!

"We all came together and learnt a lot about how cool we are at working together - even under time pressure. We laughed a lot about how much we talked into each other's mouths. We've actually changed our meeting culture based on the workshop with the team coach."
- Lone from Maersk Drilling

Maersk, Novo Nordisk, Carlsberg and IKEA are some of the companies you will meet as a Team Coach. You will gain insight into their internal collaboration and be the one who can make them even better. Mystery Makers gives you the tools to independently improve the quality of their collaboration. Your core task will be to facilitate Team Development. Team Development is an offer for teams who want to use the entertaining Mystery Room® teambuilding to strengthen their performance, well-being and communication in everyday life. Team development follows a ready-made recipe with principles and exercises that Mystery Makers have developed through years of work with empirical and theoretical knowledge of communication, business psychology, anthropology and sociology. However, it will never be the same aha moment for the team as their strengths and weaknesses are individual. This is where you come in! First, you observe the team during the Mystery Room experience... Then you run a workshop that follows our recipe with room for you to contribute from your own professional perspective. You facilitate dialogue and relate the insights to their everyday life. You provide the team with tools to promote collaboration going forward. After the training programme, your work as a Team Coach will primarily be independent and individual.
