At Mystery Makers, we are looking for an hourly employee to join our sales and booking team, helping companies from first enquiry to final booking.

We are behind Scandinavia's first escape room and today we develop team building and Mystery Hunt® experiences for companies and cultural institutions in Denmark and Austria. Every year we have around 50,000 guests through our experiences. Our customers are primarily large Danish companies such as Novo Nordisk, Maersk, Netcompany and others. We collaborate with the National Museum of Denmark, the Danish Agency for Culture and other large institutions in Denmark and abroad.
Our office is located in the heart of Copenhagen and you will be part of a sociable office environment with colleagues from many different professions.
Your tasks
- Answering customer enquiries by email and phone
- Advise companies about our experiences
- Prepare offers
- Follow up on offers
- Contacting previous customers during our low season
Most of the dialogue takes place via email, but about a third of enquiries come by phone, so you need to be comfortable talking to many different people and be able to take control of the customer dialogue.
We are looking for you who
- Customer contact experience from sales, booking, hospitality, events or the service industry
- Want to learn B2B sales in practice
- Can take control of the customer dialogue and help customers from interest to booking
- Motivated by customer dialogue, follow-up and closing a booking
- Work in a structured way and follow up on your tasks
- Communicates fluently in Danish and English - both written and verbal
- Have the possibility to work extra in April, May and September-November
The job is great for students, but we are also open to gap year profiles or others with flexible schedules.
