Sales Manager - with the potential to build and lead the sales function

Mystery Makers® designs team building experiences with play and learning for business in Denmark and Austria, Austria.
With over 50,000 annual visitors and collaborations with the National Museum of Denmark and the Danish Agency for Culture, we are a significant player in the experience industry.
Your role
You will become the company's sales function and work with inbound leads, existing customers and outreach sales.
You:
- Own the entire sales process from first contact to closed deal
- Work with inbound leads to effectively uncover needs, advise on the right solution and close the sale
- Outreach and driving your own pipeline, especially in the off-season where we currently don't work actively enough
If you succeed, your ambition is to eventually build and lead our sales function.
- Handle and convert customer enquiries
- Create offers and follow up systematically
- Drive outbound sales (mail, phone, LinkedIn)
- Activate existing customers and past leads where we have untapped potential.
- Have experience in B2B sales and can work independently
- Drive your own pipeline and close sales
- Follow up - even when the customer does not respond
- Take responsibility for your own development and find solutions
- A central role with responsibility and influence
- Fixed salary + bonus with real upside
- Clear goals for conversion, activity and revenue
- Close co-operation with founder/director, marketing and finance
- Collaborate with strong brands and cultural institutions
- Permanent position in Copenhagen
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- Start: As soon as possible
