COVID-19 information

Mystery Makers is open again and we are looking forward to welcoming you.

There are multiple reasons why our guests believe that Mystery Makers is a responsible choice during COVID-19.

Our experiences have always been designed in a way that no matter how many participants you are, you will always be split up into teams of no more than 9 people in total (and often less than that).

Our escape room games take place in big spaces where there is always 4 square meters per person. Our cleaning procedure follow the Danish Health Authority’s recomendations and all guests have the oppotunity to wash their hands before and after their visit. We ask all guests to use hand sanitizer before the game starts. Hand sanitizer is also available in all rooms. Our escape rooms are located at three different locations so the possibility of meeting other guests is very small.

Our Mystery Hunt games at Christiansborg and Kronborg follow the public heath recommandations and are played at very spacious locations.

Our Mystery Hunt games at The Kings Garden and The Citadel are outdoors and follow the State of Security and the Ministry of Culture’s guidelines.

What do we do at Mystery Makers?

What can you do yourself?

  • If you have recently traveled in Corona-affected areas and are therefore quarantined – voluntarily or ordered – we ask you to stay home or avoid coming to try our Mystery Hunt / Mystery Room during the quarantine period.
  • If you feel ill, you should take care of others by staying home until you recover fully.
  • If you are healthy, we would love to give you a good experience once we re-open! We ask all guests to be attentive and considerate regarding hygiene and contact with others.
  • Stay up to date at https://politi.dk/en/coronavirus-in-denmark

Protect yourself and others from Coronavirus (COVID-19)!

Here are 5 tips to protect yourself and others from infection:

  • Wash your hands frequently or use hand sanitizer
  • Cough or sneeze in your elbow – not your hands!
  • Avoid handshakes, cheek kisses and hugs – limit physical contact
  • Pay attention to cleaning – both at home and in the workplace
  • If you are elderly or chronically ill – keep your distance and ask others to be considerate

If you have any questions, feel free to contact our Booking Office at info@mysterymakers.dk.

With this information, we hope that it is clear that we are doing everything possible to help and give you the experience you have been looking forward to – even in this difficult time. We are very excited to be able to re-open.

Take good care of yourself and each other

Best regards
Mystery Makers
