Hverdagens trivialiteter er velkommen, men hvis en medarbejder skal fastholde sin interesse i de s\u00e6dvanlige arbejdsopgaver, kr\u00e6ver det, at deres b\u00e5de faglige og personlige kompetencer fra tid til anden bliver udfordret \u2013 det vil vi gerne hj\u00e6lpe med hos Mystery Makers. Vores erfaring siger os, at det b\u00e5de er de personlige og faglige kompetencer, der kommer i spil, n\u00e5r I kommer til <a href=\"\/teamudvikling\/\">Teamudvikling<\/a> hos os. De er begge vigtige for, at man er i balance p\u00e5 sit arbejde, og p\u00e5 vores Teamudvikling drejer det sig om at udvikle netop de kompetencer, som I allerede besidder. De kan nemlig v\u00e6re sv\u00e6re at spotte, men n\u00e5r I f\u00e5r et par friske og observerende \u00f8jne p\u00e5, vil I opleve at behovet for kompetenceudvikling m\u00e5ske er lige pr\u00e6cis d\u00e9t I mangler p\u00e5 jeres arbejdsplads.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Flyt fokus fra kompetencer med strategisk kompetenceudvikling\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvad mener vi med det? Det skal vi fort\u00e6lle dig. Hos Mystery Makers er vi ikke resultatorienteret, og for os findes der ikke et rigtigt eller forkert svar, n\u00e5r det kommer til kompetenceudvikling. Vi er faktisk mere optaget af jeres vej derhen. Derfor skal fokus flyttes v\u00e6k fra kompetencerne og hen til de konkrete opgaver, som I bliver stillet. Medarbejderne vil med den rette kompetenceudvikling f\u00f8le sig mere engagerede, produktive og tilfredse p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen og dette kan forh\u00e5bentlig f\u00f8re til bedre resultater for virksomheden som helhed.
