Dette g\u00f8r man for at kunne vurdere, hvor der evt. findes styrker og svagheder i gruppen, og hvor der i s\u00e5 fald skal s\u00e6ttes ind. Der findes mange forskellige former for kompetenceafklaring. Det kunne fx v\u00e6re via kompetencemapping, et kompetenceskema eller en kompetencemodel. Hos Mystery Makers g\u00e5r vi lidt anderledes til v\u00e6rks, og det skal du l\u00e6se mere om herunder.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En kortl\u00e6gning af kompetencer p\u00e5 bagkant <\/span><\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vi har v\u00e6ret inde p\u00e5 det f\u00f8r, men en god pointe tager ikke skade af at blive gentaget. Vi er ikke resultatorienteret, men derimod interesseret i rejsen derhen. Derfor har vi ikke klargjort en kortl\u00e6gning af kompetencer, som I skal leve op til for at vinde det spil, som vi beder jer om at spille. Og med dette sagt er det alligevel en sandhed med modifikationer. I vil forinden jeres bes\u00f8g blive pr\u00e6senteret for vores <a href=\"\/5-tips\/\">fem tips til at v\u00e6re et vinderhold<\/a>. Det er dog ikke et kompetenceskema, som I hver i s\u00e6r skal leve op til for at v\u00e6re en succes i vores \u00f8jne. Det er et s\u00e6t guidelines for en type af et team som if\u00f8lge vores erfaring samarbejder rigtig godt. Kompetenceafklaring kan nemlig involvere mange forskellige metoder, og for os er det vigtigste, at I gennem denne afklaring l\u00e6rer at styrke jeres samarbejde. I vil helt automatisk komme til at vise os, hvilke kompetencer I besidder, n\u00e5r spillet f\u00f8rst g\u00e5r i gang, og det er s\u00e5dan, det skal v\u00e6re. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de er jeres adf\u00e6rd nemlig ikke fastlagt af et skema eller ind\u00f8vet p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd. Det er r\u00e5t for us\u00f8det, og det er s\u00e5dan, vi bedst kan li\u2019 det! For bedst at kunne hj\u00e6lpe jer, \u00f8nsker vi nemlig, at I er helt \u00e6rlige i jeres adf\u00e6rd. Det handler ikke om, at vi vil udstille jeres styrker og svagheder, men derimod rette fokus p\u00e5 de forskellige observationer, som vi g\u00f8r os for p\u00e5 den m\u00e5de at styrke jeres interne samarbejde.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vi foretager derfor en grundig kortl\u00e6gning af de kompetencer, som I har vist os. Form\u00e5let med denne kompetenceafklaring er nemlig at skabe et klart billede af de kompetencer, der er tilg\u00e6ngelige i jeres team, og som kan bidrage til at I opn\u00e5r bestemte m\u00e5l eller opgaver. En afklaring af kompetencer kan v\u00e6re nyttig i mange forskellige sammenh\u00e6nge og vores fornemmeste opgave er at f\u00e5 styrket jeres kompetencer, s\u00e5 I kan tage det med tilbage i det \u00e5bne kontorf\u00e6llesskab og p\u00e5 den m\u00e5de styrke jeres samarbejde p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kompetenceafklaring er for alle\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hos Mystery Makers er vi b\u00e5de gode til og glade for at hj\u00e6lpe virksomheder med at styrke deres samarbejde, og det g\u00f8r vi med vores <a href=\"\/teamudvikling\/\">skr\u00e6ddersyet Teamudvikling<\/a>.
