De arbejder ud fra anerkendte teorier og principper inden for gruppedynamiske processer, organisationspsykologi og optimering af samarbejde. Form\u00e5let er at give dig og dit team et f\u00e6lles udgangspunkt og sprog for det gode samarbejde. Vores team coaches er meget inspireret af Big Five, som ogs\u00e5 g\u00e5r under navnet Femfaktormodellen. Den best\u00e5r, som navnet ogs\u00e5 afsl\u00f8rer, af fem forskellige hovedfaktorer, der er med til at karakterisere mennesker. Leg viser os, at vi godt kan grine af vores fejl; det er jo bare er noget, vi leger. Leg skaber nye relationer p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af hverdagens hierarkier.
