German-speaking part-time sales and service employee

At Mystery Makers® we are looking for a German-speaking part-time employee who enjoys selling and working in a different entrepreneurial culture.

We created the first Scandinavian escape room and our Mystery Hunt® concept can be found in the largest museums in Denmark and Austria. We have won Berlingske's award for Best Cultural Experience in the City and in 2023 we were finalists for Denmark's Best Experience in competition with Tivoli and Lego House. We have over 50,000 happy guests a year.

Expectations for you and your work tasks
You will play a central role in our booking department, working every day to sharpen our customer journey for the B2B segment and increase sales. You will be our voice and the main touch point between us and our Austrian guests.

• A part-time position of up to 15 hours/week between 09:00-17:00.
• Hourly wage of 155 DKK/hour with the possibility of commission on upselling.

We expect you to:

• Fluent in writing and speaking Danish, German and English.
• Have sales experience from previous jobs.
• Have a good telephone voice and can express yourself concisely on the phone and by email.
• Works in a structured and independent manner and can find solutions in pressurised situations.
• Easily familiarise yourself with and navigate different systems.</li
